We offer bed and breakfast accommodation near Kingsbridge Devon in four unique bedrooms with exposed beams, individually controlled underfloor heating, TV, beverage tray, hairdryer, radio, and are large enough to accommodate extra beds for families if required.

The garden room is on the ground floor, therefore suitable for the less able.

Rooms are available after 2:30pm and guests are asked to vacate by 11am on the day of departure.

Guests are asked not to smoke in the house.

  • From £40 - £50 per person per day, Bed and Breakfast
  • Single occupancy from £60 per day, Bed and Breakfast
  • Childrens rates - free or 50% depending on age if sharing adult accommodation
  • Well behaved dogs welcomed at £5 per day
  • Credit cards are not accepted.
